1) What this is
QuickChirp is an invite-only event chat platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
3) Accounts and access
To participate you may be required to provide a username and phone number. Phone verification (OTP) may be introduced later. You are responsible for keeping any invite link/room code you receive confidential.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or incite violence.
  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property.
  • Share personal data of others without consent (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers).
  • Spam, flood, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Attempt to access rooms or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Use automated scripts/bots to scrape or post, unless explicitly permitted.
5) Content and moderation
You are responsible for content you post. We may (but are not required to) remove content, restrict access, mute, or ban users to protect participants, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.
Chats are intended for event coordination and discussion. Avoid posting sensitive information.
6) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (e.g., username, phone number, IP address, messages), how it is used, and your choices. By using the service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7) Service availability

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content. Use your judgment. You understand that real-time systems may have delays, outages, or message loss.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
